General

  • These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and services.
  • By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to comply with these terms.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Prices do not include shipping fees unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are valid for 7 days from the date of quotation. After this period, prices may be adjusted based on market fluctuations.
  • Payment methods accepted: Visa, Mastercard, FPX, and selected e-wallets (GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, Touch ’n Go).
  • Full payment must be made before an order is processed.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer both domestic and international shipping, charges may vary.
  • International delivery time varies based on customs clearance and shipping location.
  • Estimated delivery time for Malaysian orders: 1-7 business days, depending on stock availability and courier services.
  • Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or public holidays (e.g., Chinese New Year, Hari Raya).

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on the original payment method and may take up to 14 working days to reflect in your account.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or refunds. However, if there are any issues with your purchase and it is still within the warranty period, you may request an exchange.
  • To qualify for an exchange:
    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where the issue originated on our end.
    • The product must be covered under warranty. We will check the warranty status before approving an exchange.
    • We will verify stock availability before proceeding with the exchange. If the item is out of stock, we will provide an alternative solution.
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging, in good conditionas it was when sold.
    • Any damage caused by improper use, installation, or external factors will not qualify for exchange.
  • To initiate an exchange, contact us via WhatsApp and provide:
    • Invoice number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos/videos of the product condition
    • We will assess the request and guide you through the next steps.
  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the item does not meet the above criteria.
