Request for Cancellation

If your cancellation is approved, the refund process will take approximately 14 working days.
Criteria for Return/Exchange
You can request for a return/exchange within 7 calendar days following the delivery date.
Items must be in the original condition with packaging intact.
Return postage is at the customer’s expense.
Return/exchange requests cannot be made in the following cases:
When the request is due to a change of mind.
When the product is used, destroyed, or damaged.
When the buyer did not follow the instructions included with the product.

Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping
Orders with payment received before 10:00 AM are normally shipped out the same business day (Mon to Fri). Otherwise, they will be shipped out on the next business day. Delivery is usually on the next working day after posting, but some outskirt areas require 2 to 3 business days for delivery. Delivery time may be longer, especially during long holidays like Chinese New Year or Hari Raya.
For Local Customers (Malaysia) Only
Always refer to the shipping fees as stated in the shopping cart. Prices vary based on the weight of the product.
For International Customers Only
After confirming your order, we will quote the shipping fee and notify you via email. Then, you can click on View Order and proceed to payment.
Returns
JLL Electrical Sdn Bhd is committed to producing and delivering quality products to your satisfaction. However, if you are dissatisfied with any item you have purchased, you may return it to us with the original packaging within 7 days of reception.
We will honour a refund by direct bank transfer to your bank account within 7 days.
No refund for GST Tax or IPay88 surcharge.
All returned merchandise must be sent back in its original container/bag, in a completely unaltered state, by registered mail or courier service. We DO NOT accept returns for opened or used merchandise. For opened merchandise, contact us before sending it back. We will consider accepting the return on a case-by-case basis.
JLL Electrical Sdn Bhd is NOT responsible for postage on returned items if spoiled.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% or RM5 (whichever is higher) of your order if you cancel the paid order (if it has already been packed), return almost everything of your purchase, or if the parcel is returned to us by the carrier due to being undelivered/unclaimed.
If the total value of items you keep is less than the free shipping threshold, we reserve the right to charge back the shipping fees that we previously posted to you.
