A Night of Appreciation, Celebration, and New Beginnings

Last Friday, amidst our busy schedules, the company gathered together for a very special evening — our Annual Dinner 2025. It might not have been perfect yet (we’re learning and growing!), but the warmth, laughter, and sense of belonging made it a night to remember.

This year, we did things a little differently, we turned our very own warehouse into a celebration hall! Although the warehouse is currently under renovation, and the setup was admittedly a little calang-cabut 😅 — what mattered most was the atmosphere we created together. Surrounded by familiar walls, we held our first-ever Awards and Recognition Ceremony, taking the time to appreciate the hard work and dedication of our amazing team. Seeing the smiles, hearing the cheers — it reminded us how important a little sense of ceremony is in our lives.

Annual dinners only come once a year, but the gratitude we feel lasts far longer.

We wanted this evening to be more than just a meal together — it was a sincere moment to say thank you. Every role in our company, big or small, contributes to our journey. Every one of you matters. Your hard work, your late nights, your teamwork — they are the bricks that build JLL’s success.

Through this gathering, we hope to not only boost morale but also strengthen the bonds between departments. After all, we grow stronger when we grow together. 💪🏻✨

Our CEO, Loke Phang Yoong, also took the opportunity to share our exciting future plans and company direction for the coming year. With clear goals and a stronger spirit, we are confident that 2025 will be a year of greater heights for JLL — and for all of us.
